About Kaitlin: Kaitlin is a Native Vermonter, going back many generations. She attended UVM, receiving a BS in
Biology, then moved to Miami, FL to complete her graduate medical training. She realized VT would
always be her home, and moved back in 2008. After working in a surgical subspecialty for the past 15
years, she joined NOTCH in 2022, as family medicine has always been near and dear to her heart.
She is invested in taking care of patients by developing strong relationships based on integrity and
focusing on patient education. Her clinical interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, interstitial cystitis,
and preventative care. Outside of her career, she loves being a mom to her tiny humans, dogs, and
chickens. In her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors, playing cards, and crafting.

He believes it is important to help his patients feel empowered to take charge of their own health whether that looks like losing weight, managing chronic conditions, quitting smoking, stopping drug abuse, or just learning new lifestyle habits that can improve health.
