About Samantha:Samantha graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Nutrition and Food Science. Originally from Connecticut, she fell in love with Vermont during her time at UVM and decided to make it home.

She has spent much of her nursing career as a Triage Nurse at the NOTCH clinic in St. Albans and is excited to continue growing and advancing her career at NOTCH. While Samantha enjoys caring for patients of all ages, she has a special passion for pediatric care. Outside of work, Samantha loves spending time with her golden retriever, relaxing on the lake, reading a good book, and connecting with friends.

About Dr. Klotz: Jeffrey Klotz, MD is a board-certified family physician licensed in Ontario, New York, and Vermont. He graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in the Global Scholars Program and completed one year in England, one year in Grenada, and two years of clinical rotations in New York City. He completed his residency training at the UVM-CVPH Family Medicine Residency Program and is coming to the NOTCH after practicing in the UVM Health Network. He provides comprehensive primary care for all ages. Outside of medicine he enjoys golf, tennis, cycling, skiing, and spending time with his wife and family.
