She has spent much of her nursing career as a Triage Nurse at the NOTCH clinic in St. Albans and is excited to continue growing and advancing her career at NOTCH. About Dennis: Dennis is a native Vermonter who grew up on a dairy farm in Addison county. He studied Biochemistry at UVM and decided to apply that knowledge to patient care. After working for a few years as a nursing assistant, he returned to UVM for the adult-gerontology nurse practitioner program. Dennis has nursing experience on a general surgery unit and in home health. He is interested in working with patients long term and is particularly passionate about helping older Vermonters lead healthy, independent lives. Outside of work Dennis enjoys basketball, tennis, all the outdoor activities VT has to offer, as well as playing music and board games with friends.

Her professional interests include Iron Metabolism, Nutritional anemias, and Hospice/Palliative oriented care. When not at work Kate can be found at the lake during all four seasons, enjoys cheering for all collegiate and professional sports, and has a particular soft spot for German Shepherd Dogs.

About Meghan: Meghan Clack graduated from the Masters of Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Vermont in 2015. She was born and raised in Vermont but looked out of state after graduation, leading to Austin, Texas in 2016 where she began as a Wound Care Specialist, working in various settings including outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals as well as supervising a Hyperbarics clinic. In 2019, she moved back to Vermont and began at Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans as a Hospitalist – caring for inpatients with acute medical conditions. Meghan joined the Notch at the Fairfax location in August of 2023 and looks forward to caring for her local community. She continues to live in Fletcher, VT with her family.
