Attended Albany College of Pharmacy graduating in 1976. Moved to Vermont and began working at Milton Prescription Center until 1991. I opened Fairfax Pharmacy in November 1991 and along with my wife, son and daughter as well as a fantastic group of employees, enjoyed 30 years operating the pharmacy in the lovely Fairfax community. My wife and I enjoy our winter visits to my daughter in Alabama as well as our 6 to 8 weeks on the Mayan Riveria in Playa del Carmen, Mexico where I scuba dive and my wife soaks up the sun.

About Olivia:
Olivia was introduced to pharmacy at a young age through her family’s pharmacy, Swanton Rexall. During her time at Albany College of Pharmacy she spent her breaks home from college working as a pharmacy intern with Troy and Jimmy at Rexall. Upon graduating from ACP in 2014 Olivia returned home to Vermont to work at Swanton Rexall which eventually became a part of NOTCH in 2019. Olivia enjoys fall and winter the most in Vermont, pretending to know how to garden, home renovation projects with her husband and spending time at home with her family.

About David:
After graduating from Albany College of Pharmacy Dave moved to Rouses Point, NY to work at Ayerst lab for a year and a half. Dave and his family then found Franklin County, Vermont. He became a partner in an independent pharmacy and then sole proprietor and operated an independent pharmacy with his wife Susan for 32 years. Dave purchased Richford Rexall in 1974 and ran it until 1979. In 2002 he sold to Brooks Pharmacy and worked for Brooks and then Rite Aid for 10 years. Since then, Dave has worked per diem at the Notch Pharmacy in Richford. A personal highlight for Dave is when he won the Bowl of Hygeia in 1996. His personal interests include pigeon racing, horse racing, traveling and community services.
David is 2023 recipient of the 1866 Lifetime Achievement Award! The 1866 Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes sustained contributions to the profession of pharmacy and to the VPA. Nominees are active, retired or past members of VPA and not a previous recipient of this award and have been licensed for at least thirty (30) years with a track record of demonstrated support that has aided in the longevity of the Association.
