About Dennis: Dennis is a native Vermonter who grew up on a dairy farm in Addison county. He studied Biochemistry at UVM and decided to apply that knowledge to patient care. After working for a few years as a nursing assistant, he returned to UVM for the adult-gerontology nurse practitioner program. Dennis has nursing experience on a general surgery unit and in home health. He is interested in working with patients long term and is particularly passionate about helping older Vermonters lead healthy, independent lives. Outside of work Dennis enjoys basketball, tennis, all the outdoor activities VT has to offer, as well as playing music and board games with friends.

Rachel’s clinical expertise includes dermatology, gynecology, adult care, and pediatrics. She believes in holistic care aiming to enhance quality of life.
