Her professional interests include Iron Metabolism, Nutritional anemias, and Hospice/Palliative oriented care. When not at work Kate can be found at the lake during all four seasons, enjoys cheering for all collegiate and professional sports, and has a particular soft spot for German Shepherd Dogs.

About Meghan:  Meghan Clack graduated from the Masters of Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Vermont in 2015.  She was born and raised in Vermont but looked out of state after graduation, leading to Austin, Texas in 2016 where she began as a Wound Care Specialist, working in various settings including outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals as well as supervising a Hyperbarics clinic. In 2019, she moved back to Vermont and began at Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans as a Hospitalist – caring for inpatients with acute medical conditions. Meghan joined the Notch at the Fairfax location in August of 2023 and looks forward to caring for her local community. She continues to live in Fletcher, VT with her family.

About Kaitlin: Kaitlin is a Native Vermonter, going back many generations. She attended UVM, receiving a BS in

years, she joined NOTCH in 2022, as family medicine has always been near and dear to her heart.
She is invested in taking care of patients by developing strong relationships based on integrity and
focusing on patient education. Her clinical interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, interstitial cystitis,
and preventative care. Outside of her career, she loves being a mom to her tiny humans, dogs, and
