Behavioral
The Wellness Counselors work from an Integrated Health model, which means working collaboratively with medical providers to provide the best care. Integrated health addresses the whole person, looking at both a person’s physical and behavioral/mental health. These services are provided to people of all ages. Some services provided are:

- Innovative, evidenced based methods of treatment
- Goal setting to improve personal health
- Symptoms management of anxiety and depression
- Identify mental health barriers to meet health care goals

- Guidance for healthier living
- Health assessment and screenings
- Connecting with other agencies in the community
