About Meghan: Meghan Clack graduated from the Masters of Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Vermont in 2015. She was born and raised in Vermont but looked out of state after graduation, leading to Austin, Texas in 2016 where she began as a Wound Care Specialist, working in various settings including outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals as well as supervising a Hyperbarics clinic. In 2019, she moved back to Vermont and began at Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans as a Hospitalist – caring for inpatients with acute medical conditions. Meghan joined the Notch at the Fairfax location in August of 2023 and looks forward to caring for her local community. She continues to live in Fletcher, VT with her family.

Kristen has been practicing in Franklin County since 2013. Kristen spends her time off enjoying Vermont’s fresh air and outdoor community, and tries to endorse lifestyle medicine into her practice. She enjoys treating patients as a whole for better patient care. She has an interest in Addiction Medicine. She currently practices at our St. Albans Health Center, but will be starting at Fairfax Helath Center in September of 2026!
